These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qonlixo's coworking space, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, contacting us, or using our coworking space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Qonlixo operates a specialized coworking space exclusively for real estate professionals in Mendoza, Argentina. Our Services include:
- Shared workspace facilities with desks, meeting rooms, and amenities
- Weekly educational programming including workshops, talks, and roundtables
- Community access and networking opportunities
- Related support services for real estate professionals
We do not intermediate real estate transactions or provide real estate brokerage services.
Membership and Access
Access to Qonlixo's physical workspace requires membership. Membership applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse membership or terminate existing memberships at our discretion, particularly if members are not actively engaged in real estate professional activities.
Members must:
- Be engaged in legitimate real estate professional activities
- Comply with all workspace rules and guidelines
- Respect other members and staff
- Maintain current payment of membership fees
- Use the space only for lawful business purposes
Fees and Payment
Membership fees are determined based on the selected membership plan. Fees are payable in advance according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of membership and access to the workspace.
We reserve the right to modify membership fees with appropriate notice to existing members. Fee changes will not apply retroactively to current billing periods.
Workspace Use and Conduct
Members agree to:
- Use workspace facilities responsibly and maintain cleanliness
- Respect quiet zones and common area guidelines
- Not disturb other members or interfere with their work
- Comply with building security and safety procedures
- Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
- Not sublease or transfer workspace access to others
Qonlixo reserves the right to remove any member who violates these conduct standards or disrupts the community environment.
Educational Programming
Educational workshops, talks, and roundtables are provided as a benefit to members. While we strive to provide valuable and accurate information, participation in educational programming is at your own discretion and risk. Information provided should not be considered professional advice specific to your situation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Qonlixo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Argentine law, Qonlixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of membership fees you have paid in the three months prior to the claim.
Personal Property
Qonlixo is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Members are responsible for securing their belongings and should not leave valuables unattended.
Termination
Either party may terminate membership with appropriate notice as specified in the membership agreement. Qonlixo may immediately terminate membership for violations of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or conduct that disrupts the community or violates applicable laws.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the workspace and remove all personal belongings. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or posted notice in the workspace. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mendoza, Argentina.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
